One of the most important novelties that the Cupertino-based company presented at the WWDC held last June was the Messages application, an application that has brought us a large number of novelties such as stickers, GIF as well as possibilities to personalize both the text messages and the images that we send.
The App Store has received 10 new apps since the launch of iOS 1.650, according to Sensor Tower. But what is striking is that of that total are the 1.251 applications that allow us to personalize our messages through stickers. The rest, 402 applications, are applications that have nothing to do with the new functions of the messages application.
Of those 1.251 applications that allow us to personalize our messages, only 307 are available for free download while the rest, 944 applications are paid. Of these 944 applications, 86% cost 99 cents of euros, 12% cost 1,99 euros, 1% cost 2,99 euros and only one application costs 3,99 euros.
If we talk about the 402 applications that are not related to stickers, we can see how 91 of them are games, 39 are related to entertainment, 31 are used, 26 are applications related to productivity, 25 with social networks, 23 with photography and video, 21 with travel, 18 with education ...
Stickers are the easiest way to express our feelings through the new functions of the iOS 10 Messages application. Currently, in addition to the applications that only exclusively offer us stickers, We can also find other applications that are adding stickers for free like Periscope. However, others allow us to increase productivity, such as Readdle's Scanner Pro, which allows us to scan and send a document directly through the applications compatible with the Messages application. Tinder or Fallout Shelter have also released a new update to add stickers compatible with iOS 10 messages.
