Apple's VR glasses could include sensory gloves

VR gloves

When Apple is immersed in a new project, there are hundreds of rumors that usually appear reporting news or details about said new device. A new one has just appeared that refers to some virtual reality gloves that Apple has patented.

We do not know if these gloves will be a reality in the future or not. But the fact is that just yesterday those from Cupertino were granted a few new patents, and all related to possible gloves to combine with the VR glasses. So when the river sounds, wear gloves….

The US Patent Office has resolved this week all a series of new patents in favor of Apple. And most of them are related to a device that would be gloves to be used together with Augmented Reality glasses.

In these patents, Apple explains that its VR gloves they would be used to move a cursor, scroll, select or open a document, etc. All these actions could require contact with the user's skin, to combine its use with VR glasses. There are other patents, which explain that VR glasses could be controlled with two Apple Watch-type bracelets. One could be used for skin detection, and the other to control hand gestures.

But this is just a rumour. And maybe even though the company has patented them, never get made. In fact, all companies in general tend to patent countless ideas and projects, even knowing that in principle they are not going to be manufactured. But for how little it costs to patent an idea, they do it "just in case."

So for now, we will have to settle for knowing when the hell those from Cupertino are going to present us with the famous Apple Glass, it's about time. And about the gloves, if a case, we'll leave it for later.
