IOS 10 Apple Music First Details Revealed

Apple Music

Mark Gurman reveals information again, so all the blogs we write about Apple have to talk about a rumor that we can practically take as official information. The new information provided by the young but important editor of 9to5mac tells us about the new version of apple music that Tim Cook and company will present at the Worldwide Developer Conference 2016 that will begin on June 13. This afternoon, Bloomberg had already published information that claimed that Apple wanted to make changes to its music applications, one of which was to somehow merge the iTunes Store with the Music application.

According to Gurman, Apple has been working on the next version of Apple Music since late last year. Apparently, the company that Tim Cook runs would have taken user complaints into account since then, but they would not have wanted to launch a premature new version that would not have pleased anyone. The new version of Apple Music, a service that already has 13 million subscribers, will see how its interface suffers visual changes, adds a few new features while reorganizing and simplifying features already available in the current release.

Apple Music will have a darker design

The first thing we will notice in the new Apple Music is that the design will be simpler and the colors will become darker. For example, the user interface when we are viewing a disc will no longer change its color depending on the cover of the disc. In addition, the face will be much larger to avoid gaps in black and white colors. 3D Touch gestures will also be added and songs can be better shared, something that interests me personally. What will stay practically the same will be Connect, the kind of social network that does not seem to be having too much success (and that I believe that sooner or later they will end up eliminating).

Gurman also says that the san francisco typeface, but this will not be an exclusive novelty of the new application for Apple Music. Apple plans to start using the new font in all applications, operating systems, websites and everything related to Apple. We remember that the San Francisco typeface came from the hand of the Apple Watch and is a typeface created by Apple with the intention of improving readability, especially on small screens such as mobile devices or smart watches.

They also have thought improve the «For you» tab, simplifying the section and making it more useful, something that also interests me because lately I don't even look at it. On the other hand, they will also eliminate the "New" tab to include a new tab called "Browse" that will better organize all the content. Gurman says that the Beats 1 section will not include important image changes, but does not mention anything about the arrival of new radio stations such as Beats 2, Beats 3, Beats 4 and Beats 5, some new stations that they do talk about the rumors.

Apple Music will include song lyrics

What you may be looking forward to the most is that the new application will include song lyrics. I now use Musixmatch, but it is a third-party application that does not convince me. The new function is something that I have been asking for since last summer (have they listened to me?). Musixmatch does not have a Mac version and I have to check the lyrics, which I have previously entered in iTunes, with a widget in the Notification Center.

The downside is that to enjoy the new version of Apple Music we will have to wait until September, although this is something we could imagine. Apple will include the new application in iOS 10, so that whoever so wishes can try it in just over a month if they decide to install the beta. The news will also reach other devices, in the form of a new iTunes for Mac and a redesigned Music application for tvOS.

Of all that has been explained, what is it that interests you the most?

Thanks Pablo, as always fast on the news that we care about !.
What great news that Apple does this, more than anything because it knows when something can improve and when they have made a mistake or have not done it right!

By the way I hope they give us at least 1 month free to test the new renewal, it would be interesting, and a good strategy for them to gain users.
