Those developers -and curious- who have the beta version of iOS 11 installed on their iPhone or iPad, have just received the second beta of iOS 11.4.1 on your devices and is now available to update, as usual, directly from the device Settings.
This beta has arrived two weeks after launching the first beta of iOS 11.4.1, which, in turn, came out a few hours after the public version of iOS 11.4.
The first beta of iOS 11.4.1 was a version focused on removing small bugs from iOS 11.4 and improving device performance. The second beta seems to be focused in the same direction and, as it is not a major update, it is not expected that it will include anything new in the operating system.
In addition, iOS 12 has already been officially unveiled at WWDC which was held last week in San José. Since that day, a beta of iOS 12 has been available to developers -and the curious-, so it is not expected to see changes in iOS 11, since all will focus on iOS 12. Since, having a new version of the operating system presented, it does not make sense to add new features to iOS 11 and hopefully, In the absence of a serious error, iOS 11.4.1 assumes the last update that iOS 11 receives.
iOS 11 has been an operating system that many seem to want to leave behind as soon as possible, but that in its latest versions it has brought many new features and improvements and, in my case, it has improved the performance of a battery that, in its first versions (11.0-11.3), did not last a morning for me.
Remember to install these beta versions of Apple you must have a developer profile. In that case, remember that the updates for the beta versions can be found in Settings -> General -> Software Update, like any other version of iOS.
