GRU. Despicable Me: Minion Rush is a fun game set in the animated film and that has been developed by Gameloft.
Belonging to the endless runner genre, in this game we will start a race to try to get as far as possible without colliding with any of the obstacles that will stand in our way. To avoid these obstacles, we will have to move the character sideways, make him jump or roll on the ground, all with a very intuitive control based on strokes.
On some occasion we will also have to use iPhone accelerometer for the character to slide down endless ramps.
The difficulty of GRU. Despicable Me: Minion Rush lies in what as we progress through the game, the speed of the game increases and the obstacles appear more frequently, being more difficult to avoid them.
Throughout our trajectory a series of bananas that we have to collect. Thanks to them, acquire power-ups that help us achieve an increasing final score. Each power-up can evolve six levels so it will take a long time to reach the maximum value of each one.
As is usual in these games, there is a faster way to evolve and consists of acquiring one of the in-app purchase complements that are offered. Thanks to them, we can buy power-ups, shields to make ourselves invincible, double the number of bananas we collect in each game or revive our character if we hit an obstacle and want to continue with the game.
GRU. My favorite villain: Minion Rush hides many surprises that we will have to discover little by little. In addition to what has been discussed so far, there are also leaderboards, challenges with other players or battles against final bosses. Of all the endless runners we've seen to date, this is one of the ones we liked the most.
