I have always selected this option because I cannot find a more suitable one. You write a brief description of the problem and press "enter". You will see that a form appears in which you must enter some information such as your email, Apple ID, purchase identifier (which we have noted before) and a description of the problem. An email arrives immediately informing you that they have received your support request and that they will answer you in 24-48 hours. My experience is that they always answer before, in fact today they have answered within 4 hours of writing.
