Major update to PreferenceLoader adds compatibility with iOS 9

PreferenceLoader

When he said a few hours ago that Saurik never failed, he was rightly doing so. Almost at the same moment that Pangu launched its tool to jailbreak iOS 9.0-9.0.2, the French developer who owns Cydia updated Cydia Substrate to provide compatibility with the new jailbreak. Now on the same day Dustin Howett has done the same to update PreferenceLoader to version 2.2.3-1. From now on we can say that we have a jailbreak almost 100%.

Why do I say we have a nearly 100% jailbreak? Because until PreferenceLoader is not compatible with the new system and the new jailbreak, Cydia tweaks that have special preferences might not appear in settings, as has happened with the latest tool launched by the Chinese hacking team. Now, in the absence of the developers updating their tweaks, we have a stable and fully functional jailbreak.

If you have already jailbroken, you don't have to do anything special. You only have to enter Cydia, access the Fonts tab to recharge the packages and then access the tab Exchanges, where the PreferenceLoader update will be waiting for you.

For those who do not know, which I know there will be few, this update is important for the aforementioned that tweaks can be configured that until now could not be configured. For example, if we install Zeppelin we can already configure the operator as we prefer, or we can modify the buttons of the CCSettings for more options to appear. Not to mention that there are some tweaks, few, but there are, that are deactivated as soon as they are installed.

This jailbreak from Pangu looks good. After checking their stability and the response speed of important developers like Saurik, together with the fact that there has been no friction between rival teams so far, they bring some calm to the jailbreak world. Although, as many of you have verified, why do they ask us for access to the reel to make a jailbreak?

It is clear that if it asks us for access to the reel it is because one of the possible exploits uses the reel as a vulnerability or access to the iphone.

It's the same thing that I thought, that the Jail of Pangu used some exploit of the reel, but the truth is I only guess.
