I recently ran out of Internet and had to do Tethering to be able to continue on the network with my computer, something that posed a vital problem for me: I had all the ports busy and I could not link the iPhone to my Mac.
The solution is quite simple: passes by placing the iPhone on the Internet Sharing screen (as seen in the screenshot), and then we can link it quickly and without any problem.
It's bullshit but it works, I assure you.
To me it is the opposite, it does not let me share the internet through the usb cable, and it is a shame because I think it would go even faster than bluetooth but hey ...
It worked!!!
