As the weeks go by, little by little, the different Apple Stores that Tim Cook's company has spread all over the world are reopening their doors, focusing on customer service and with reduced hours, following the same guidelines that he implemented in the reopening of the Apple Store in China.
Australia, Austria, South Korea and Germany were the first countries to reopen the doors of their stores, countries to which Switzerland will join this week, a country thatthe four Apple Store will open located in Zurich (2), Geneva and Basel.
The four stores that Apple has in Switzerland will reopen their doors starting tomorrow, May 12 And they will do so following a series of strict security protocols that Apple has implemented in the rest of the Apple Store that are already open in other countries of the world such as:
- Focused on customer service and technical assistance.
- Customers are encouraged to buy online.
- Walk-ins may experience delays.
- The number of clients is limited to maintaining the established distance.
- Reduced hours.
- Masks must be worn indoors
- Non-contact temperature control is required before entering
- Sample devices are cleaned regularly.
- All Today at Apple sessions are not available.
For now, We do not know the reopening dates of the Apple Store available in both Mexico and Spain. Regarding the stores that Apple has distributed in the United States, everything indicates that the first to reopen their doors will be those located in Idaho, South Carolina, Alabama and Alaska. As of today, the 15 Apple Stores that Apple has in Germany have reopened their doors.
