For just over a week, all the Apple Stores that Apple has spread around the world,They are closed tight, except those found in China, a country that has practically returned to normal after the passage of the coronavirus.
A few days after the announcement of the closure, the online Apple Store displayed a message informing that physical stores will remain closed until further notice, without an approximate expected opening date. But it seems that Apple already has a rough idea of the opening date, according to the VentureBeat medium.
According to this medium, Apple has informed all its employees that during the first half of April, the boys of Cupertino will begin to reopen the stores, at least those that are located in areas where the pandemic has begun to not be the public enemy number one of both the state and the citizens.
A few hours after the first Apple Store closure, Apple announced that the expected reopening date, was set for March 27, a date that, as I have mentioned above, was extended indefinitely.
The head of both physical and online stores, Dierdre O'Brien, has informed employees that at the moment will continue to work remotely until April 5. As of that date, physical stores will begin to reopen their doors, albeit in a staggered manner and depending on whether their location is in areas with more or less widespread outbreaks.
During the days that the physical Apple Stores are closed, the only way to buy directly from Apple is through the Apple Online Store, a store that at the moment is operating as the first day, although in recent weeks, the stock of products has been reduced, which has caused longer delivery times.
