We can now translate tweets from the official Twitter application for iOS

Translation of tweets

If you use the official Twitter app for iPhone, you have probably noticed that now you can translate tweets that are written in another language.

This feature was already available in other third-party applications such as TweetDeck but after several months of work, Twitter has managed to implement the translation service provided by Bing to their own application, something they announced today on their official Twitter account:

To use the translation we simply have to pay attention to the fact that right at the end of the tweet a phrase like "Translate from English" or the language that corresponds in each case will appear, there is support for translating more than 40 different languages. Now we just have to press in that area and the Twitter application will show us an approximate translation of the published text, you already know that we cannot trust 100% either.

If you did not have the official Twitter app on your iPhone and you want to try the new tweet translation service, here is the link to download it from the App Store:

That was already in the official Windows Phone for a long time, if they haven't put it before, it's because they didn't feel like it 😉

For a long time, that was already implemented in the official version for Windows Phone, I do not understand why it has taken so long to implement it in IOS
