There are many new features that we hope WhatsApp will include in the future, such as native support for the Apple Watch, video calls, to be able to send more kinds of documents or, what nobody expects, but we would love, a desktop version that is worthwhile, and not a substitute that forces us to link the application with a desktop browser. I will not be the one to criticize the most used messaging application on the planet, but I will say that it has a place to look to improve something else. The same thing happened to me as many, that I couldn't update because I didn't have space.
The update weighs 54 Mb. So I had to remove an app that was 200 Mb and only then did it let me install it.
In the end I am happy with the result. Before installing the disastrous version it had 3.1 Gb, and now with this update it even increased to 5.3 Gb.
