Activate Facetime with your 3G connection

If you are tired of looking for WiFi networks to use Facetime, with FaceBreak you can activate the 3G data function for Facetime. If you have an iPhone 4, you now have the option to activate this service from Cydia.

Steps:

- Enter Cydia

- Have or add the source of apt.macosmovil.com

- Find and install FaceBreak

- Restart

You can now use this function and activate it from the application itself.

I think that vodafone if you use facetime on 3G and you don't have the 39 euro rate, it automatically goes to this rate 'for the nose', I don't know if this facebreak application does something so that vodafone does not realize that you are using facetime, but beware.

Orange and Vodafone have eggs with Tethering, in the end for this reason I have stayed in Vomistar, apart from the fact that I personally use the cheapest rate because I call with a Blackberry from my company.

By the way ... In this repository the application -which is paid- appears as free.

Well and what do they charge you when doing FaceTime ¿? ¿? !!! When this is solved, because if you do it under Wifi or with this App under 3G in theory it should be free, no? anyway!!

Ok, now I can use FaceTime from 3G, but… And to use it from Wi-Fi, what do I have to do? Because I don't feel like spending money to have to activate it via SMS… Can we activate it via e-mail with 4.1? The mystery is in the air, I'll call Iker Jiménez to see what he thinks about this 🙂

@soxorras Vodafone does not raise your rate automatically, I have asked many distributors, 123 and I have read the contract three times and nowhere do they say that they will automatically raise your rate, what's more, they deny that they can raise the rate without notifying you, And in case they put you a rate that you have not contracted, you would have the right, not whether to terminate the contract, but if not to accept the new rate.
