Ryan Petrich, developer of the popular Activator, has just released a new update to this tweak reaching version 1.9.9 and offering support to this latest jailbreak. Activator thus joins the list of important tweaks, as does Springtomize 3, which has also just been updated to be 100% compatible with this latest jailbreak. The real utility of Activator is difficult to describe in words, we could say that it is almost infinite since it allows us to perform any action, established by the user, by pressing or sliding the finger on any part of the screen.
With Activator we can assign specific gestures to perform special actions such as turning off the device screen by pressing twice on the center of the upper bar where the time is displayed, going directly to the home screen by sliding your finger from the lower right corner to the screen ... each gesture allows us to establish an action preset in Activator. If you can't find a specific function, you can use the extensions in the form of tweaks that use Activator to work. Almost anything is possible with Activator.
Activator is one of the most used extension tools in Cydia. Many of the tweaks that we can find in the alternative store Cydia, depend on it. This fantastic tweak is available for download for free via the BigBoss repo. Activator has remained practically since its launch one of the tweaks that never go out of style thanks to the utility it offers us when taking actions. As the Pangu jailbreak is updated and gains in stability, the developers will update the different tweaks available in previous versions.
