Airpods are Best Buy's best-selling product

Airpods, headphones truly wireless from Apple, were presented more than two years ago.

During these two years, its sales have not stopped, its price remains the same (with the occasional discount from a store) and have not been renewed in any way (Despite having announced, at least, the renewal of its box to allow wireless charging).

No update and no news, two years after their introduction, the Airpods have been the best-selling product at Best Buy during the month of October, according to Thinknum

Best Buy is one of the largest department stores in the United States (and from Mexico and Canada), allowing it to be a good gauge of customer trends, at least in the US.

Airpods have always been at the top of the Best Buy ranking, though reaching number one during the month of October has been exceptional. And we could even say that weird, well, the normal thing before an Apple event like October is to wait to see what they present, in case our product becomes obsolete overnight due to a renewal.

After the Airpods, the second best-selling product has been the Amazon Fire TV y the third best seller is another Apple product -and a bit contradictory to the fact that so many Airpods are sold-, the Lightning to 3.5mm jack adapter to connect headphones to our iPhone.

The new iPhone XS, XS Max and XR do not include this adapter in the boxes, so many users who are not willing to renew headphones or use wireless, have bought it without hesitation.

Without waiting for more news in the Airpods in the remainder of the year, surely they will be, again, a star gift this holiday season.
