It has an accelerometer to count the steps and body movements, a heart rate sensor to calculate the intensity of the exercise and through the GPS and Wi-Fi of our iPhone you can calculate the distances we travel. To check our daily physical activity, we will have the Fitness application on the iPhone that will record all the data collected by the Apple Watch.

The menu has a solar planet style, where the application icons are distributed in the form of circles floating next to each other. Notifications are made by a small vibration of the device.
