Update: Apple says that everything works normally.
Are you experiencing problems with any of the Apple stores? Do not think that the problem is in your team. At the time of writing these lines are failing several services Apple, such as App Store and other stores. In total, up to 8 services are in yellow, which means that the failure is experienced by some users and, on the other hand, others can access them normally. It can also mean that these services are running slower than they usually do.
The ruling has officially started shortly before 16pm (Spanish peninsular time). If we take into account that Apple usually changes the status of services when a problem is present for a reasonable time, we can think that it has been more than an hour and a half that the first users have begun to not be able to access these services normally. And, it must be said, it is not the first failure presented by a service of the company directed by Tim Cook in recent weeks.
The App Store and other Apple stores are failing
Right now there may be problems in the following services:
- App Store.
- Apple TV.
- iBook Store.
- iTunes in the Cloud.
- iTunesMatch.
- iTunes Store.
- MacAppStore.
- Volume Purchase Program.
Taking into account that there are several stores that are having problems at the moment, I would recommend that no purchases be made until everything is back to normal. If you do one and everything does not go well, it is best that you contact Apple to claim a charge that you have not been able to enjoy or any problem that you may experience, something you can do by following the tutorial How to request a refund from the App Store directly from the iPhone.
We will inform you by updating this post when the service starts working normally again.
Thanks for the info, precisely, I was affected a while ago. My problem was with the App Store. Wanting to download apps, I was bouncing the "get" button all the time, so I thought it was my iPhone. Now I reset the device from scratch and everything is fine!
