About an hour ago, Apple updated virtually all of its operating systems and released iOS 9.2, OS X El Capitan 10.11.2, tvOS 9.1, and Watch 2.1. In all cases, the updates include, above all, bug fixes. To update your Apple Watch to watchOS 2.1 you have to open the iPhone Watch app and go to My Watch / Software Update. When you do, you will see a pop-up window advising that an update is available. If it does not appear, you only have to wait a few minutes, although at this time there should be no problem.
