The guys from Cupertino continue to expand the number of banks that currently support Apple's electronic payment technology. Although international expansion has stepped on the accelerator in recent months, The United States continues to have the largest number of banks and credit institutions compatible with this technology.
This time Apple has included 13 new American banks and credit institutions, banks and credit institutions that are mostly regional, as is usual in this type of updates, since the main banks and credit institutions in the country have been compatible with this payment technology practically since its launch.
New banks and credit institutions compatible with Apple Pay in the United States:

- Icon Credit Union.
- Landings Credit Union.
- Mascoma Savings Bank.

As we could see in the last keynote, the use of Apple Pay will not be limited exclusively to making payments in stores, but with the launch of iOS 11, Apple will launch Apple Pay Cash, a payment system through the Messages application what will allow us to send money to our friends or family quickly, easily and safely.
Apple Pay is currently available in the United States, Canada, Spain, France, Russia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Italy, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Ireland, and Taiwan.
