This FaceTime bug that allows arbitrary code execution has been discovered by Natalie Silvanovich, who works at the Google Zero Project, a project where security experts continually look for problems and security flaws not only in iOS, but also in Android, Windows and macOS.

When a security breach is detected, the first thing they do is inform the owner of the operating system giving him a period of 90 days to fix the issue before officially posting. Fortunately, Apple has not let the time pass and has fixed it quickly.
