Apple releases first beta of iOS 9.2.1 for developers

beta-ios-9

Apple has launched a few minutes ago the first beta of iOS 9.2.1 for developers. This release has come almost a month after the last beta and a week after the final version of iOS 9.2, a version that brought improvements to Safari's View Controller, added new languages, and fixed some minor bugs. The new beta is available from the Apple developer center for any iPhone, iPod or iPad compatible with iOS 9. It will most likely appear via OTA within the next half hour.

It is not known what this new beta brings, but considering that iOS 9.2 did not bring great news, we can think that this new version, which at the moment seems that it will not be available for non-developer users, is only for fix errors. According to your comments, iOS 9.2 has solved some of the lag problems suffered in previous versions, but there are still many who complain about this problem, even on an iPhone 6. With a bit of luck, this new version improves this a little more appearance.

Users who want to install this beta and do not have a developer account, will have to download the .ipsw corresponding to your device and install it with iTunes by pressing Shift (on Windows) or Alt (on Mac) and then searching for the downloaded .ipsw. Until now I recommended the website imzdl.com to download any firmware for Apple devices but, as you can see, they have closed the website. We will have to look for good alternatives that include all the betas.

We remember that when installing any beta we also risk suffering problems that we did not anticipate, so its installation is only recommended on devices that we do not depend on. Remember also that in order to install any new version we must have at least 50% battery or have the device connected to a power outlet.

In ios 9.1 there was an error in the interactive notifications, that if by mistake at the time of sending a message, it was out of the question to send a keyboard that did not work, in ios 9.2 I thought that I had corrected it but it happened again! !

I do not know if someone who is a betataster reports that error ps it is something annoying
Hopefully in this new ios 9.2.1 they correct it!

It is a hateful and common error but it only happens in whatsapp that is, it is the application that must correct !!! Fail the app, they never rush, just so we can express our discontent.

Since installing 9.2 bluetooth is fatal. When I am listening to music and want to watch some video, the Bluetooth headphones that you used are disconnected. Have if they fix this nuisance soon.

Apple should hold its updates a while longer than usual since the latest updates have not been of great importance or news so for me it is more of the same nothing interesting

Fix the iPhone rotation problem when making Facetime calls on Apple TV.
They are selling betas as final products, unpolished and with many flaws. That's why they get every two for three updates.

Apple should do more quality checks before releasing a product.

I will install it on the iPad Air 1, because on the iPhone 6 it will stay on iOS 9.2 until the jailbreak comes out !!!

    Regards!
