Apple releases iOS 13.1.2 and watchOS 6.0.1

Apple has just released a new version of iOS 13 and iPadOS for all compatible devices, fixing some problems detected in previous versions. This new update comes just 3 days after on Friday, completely unexpectedly, Apple released the update to iOS 13.1.1. In addition, we also have watchOS 6.0.1 available for Apple Watch Series 3, 4, and 5.

The update to 13.1.2 is now available to download on all devices via OTA, without the need to connect your iPohne or iPad to any computer. It only requires that you have a WiFi connection and enough battery so that it can be downloaded and installed. The download size is variable depending on the device, from a few MB in "old" models to more than 3GB with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. What news does it include? We will detail them below.

The iOS and iPadOS 13.1.2 changes are the following:

  • Fixes an issue with the progress bar when backing up, which kept appearing despite completion.
  • Fixes an issue with the Camera app that might not work
  • Fixes an issue where screen calibration could be lost
  • Fixes an issue where Shortcuts could not run on HomePod
  • Fixes an issue with Bluetooth causing disconnections in some vehicle handsfree

Respecto a Watch 6.0.1 the changes are:

  • Fix an issue with Mickey and Minnie's spheres not telling you the time
  • Fixes an issue with Calendar Complication not displaying events
  • Fixes an issue that resulted in loss of screen calibration

In a week we have had 3 iOS 13 updates, a very unusual pace by Apple, although it is always better to err by excess than by default.

When I installed iOS 13 and then ios13.1 on my XS, everything worked perfectly and the battery lasted more than 1 day. With this new 13.1.2 it is 15 hours and less than 50% battery. It is seen that until you get it to go wrong they do not stop updating ...

After installing the update, I have noticed that the counter that exists at the end of the contact book in iOS shows me a number (in this case 12) that does not correspond to the total that I have in it. I can go up and see each one of them, but it doesn't count them. And I have more than 700.
    Someone else happens?

Every time I am in conversation with my iPhone X, and a call comes in, it is cut off automatically, the call with which I am talking is also automatic, it is as if it hung up automatically, and the incoming call does not let me talk either , it only gives me the information that a phone has called me and the number, please, could you tell me what could this be? and what to do or to do, because it has all the earmarks of being an error of software, I have more friends and family who are the same, waiting for your news ..... greetings.

Install the latest version on Apple watch and it did not solve the bug that Mickey and Minnie no longer tell you the time.
