According to Apple's release notes, iOs 15.1.1 is coming for fix an issue that caused calls to be dropped for no reason. This update, limited to the iPhone 12 and 13, should fix this problem.
This update arrives without there having been any previous Beta of this version. The Beta that is currently in the hands of developers and registered users in Apple's Public Beta program is iOS 15.2. As Apple usually does, these gentlemen versions who come to correct bugs are usually released without previous trial versions.
