To monitor exercise, we can do it directly with the Train application of the Apple Watch or with any other application that monitors our physical activity and that is linked to the Health application of the iPhone.
One of the novelties that watchOS 4 has brought us is the remodeled Training app, an application in which much more information is now shown in addition to the user interface having been renewed, showing in a simpler way all the data related to the activity that we are doing at that moment.
A new option has also been included that allows us to enjoy our favorite music while we train directly from the Apple Watch. While it is true that the Apple Watch is not the best device to measure our physical activity, It has become the most used device by many sports lovers.
