I can't tell you first-hand, but it seems like bug fixes are important, so I think you should give it a try.
How can I do in IOS 8.3 so that the purchases that I do not use do not appear when I open the App Store of my iPad 4?
1.- I have tried hiding them from the App Store of my iPad, (moving the app to the left and pressing on hide but they appear again)
2.- I have also tried by opening iTunes> iTunes Sotore> My account> manage.
With this last method, in previous IOS versions, when you placed the mouse over the app, you could see the X to close, click on it and it no longer appeared in the App Store of my iPad 4.
Now, with IOS 8.3 they all appear, but when I place the mouse over the App I do not see the X on the left, but when I place the mouse where the X was supposed to be before, it changes the pointer for a hand, I click there but They keep showing up in the App Store on my iPad 4.
3.- I would like to hide the apps that I do not use forever, since I do not think I will use them again, but if I wanted to use them again at any time could I access them?
I make a mess in the App Store of my iPad 4 seeing so many apps with the little clouds to download plus the ones that are already installed.

Access the App Store application> Updates> My purchases. By sliding to the left on the application you want to hide, you can do it by pressing the red button. To restore them you need iTunes, but you will not have to pay.
