Apple renews Physical for a second season and Little Voice is loaded

Since its launch in November 2019, Apple has extended each and every one of the series that have been released on its platform, in a movement that seemed destined to expand the base catalog available on its platform, leaving product quality aside. Well, it seems that it is not like that.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Apple has not reached an agreement with the producer of the series Little Voice, so there will be no second season of the series produced by JJ Abrams and thus becomes the first series released on Apple TV + that will not have a second season.

Created by Bareilles and fellow writer, director, and producer Jessie Nelson, "Little Voice" tells the story of Bess King as she navigates the new york city music scene while facing life problems like love and family.

The series stars Brittany O'Grady and features original songs written by Bareilles, some of which were released as an official soundtrack.

According to Michelle Lee, Apple TV + director of programming:

We have been thrilled to see how audiences around the world have fallen in love with and been seen by this show and we can't wait for everyone to experience the next chapter in Sheila's journey to self-improvement.
