The new SharePlay feature allows users to enjoy a shared experience from a distance with other users. This function allows us to share and communicate through FaceTime to watch series, exercise with Apple Fitness +, listen to music with Apple Music and more. This time Apple adds a list of some of the many apps that are compatible with this new feature that we can enjoy the users of their products.
SharePlay allows you to communicate and share experiences on FaceTime
SharePlay is compatible with Apple Fitness +, Apple Music, Apple TV +, NBA, Paramount +, SHOWTIME, TikTok, Twitch and many other applications for which Apple puts emphasis on showing this service. SharePlay, a suite of powerful features designed for sharing FaceTime experiences, helps Apple users stay in touch in ways never seen before.
Thanks to the compatibility of SharePlay with these apps, users can watch series and movies, listen to music or train while talking with their friends on FaceTime. Because SharePlay works on Apple TV, users can view content on the big screen while using FaceTime on the iPhone or iPad. The option to share the screen allows users to do all kinds of things in company, such as surfing the internet, viewing photos or showing their favorite apps. SharePlay Available with the release of iOS 15.1, iPadOS 15.1, and tvOS 15.1, coming to Mac in late fall.
This is one of the new functions that Apple added in its new version of the operating system and that little by little they are penetrating among users. It is possible that some use it more than others, but ultimately the experience is good and it seems that there are more and more apps compatible with this SharePlay so that is always positive.
