9 nominations at the Critics Choice Awards
The CCA is a group of television, radio, and online critics, as well as entertainment journalists who review films and documentaries, as well as scripted and unscripted television.
Founded 26 years ago by Joey Berlin, Rod Lurie, and 42 founding members, the CA is now the largest critics' organization in the United States and Canada with nearly 500 members.
The CCA was officially formed in 2019 with the merger of the Broadcast Film Critics Association and its sister organization, the Brodcast Television Journalists Association.
The Critics Choice Awards are annual awards given by the CCA to a large number of categories of programs, series and television. Among the nominees are content from platforms such as HBO, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, NBC, Paramount +, etc. In fact, HBO is the service with the most nominations with 29 (counting on its service).
