Apple Watch SE, the "economic" version has arrived

During the #AppleEvent Today Apple has nailed the clock, something that users have been asking for many years ago, the possibility of having a range of access to the new Apple Watch without leaving behind clock features.

Yes, The Apple Watch SE has arrived with all the essential features, but it will coexist with the Apple Watch Series 3, that we imagine will be cheaper if possible. Definitely the Cupertino firm is enshrining the "SE" range within its catalog, and the Apple Watch has received a version of this style for the first time.

The price of this new Apple Watch SE, which will maintain basic functions and compatibility with watchOS 7, having the same screen and design as the Apple Watch Series 4, is set at just $ 279 for the North American version, available to reserve from today. However, we already know that prices tend to vary in Europe due to taxes and the dollar / euro exchange that the Cupertino company is pleased to make. Therefore, everything indicates that at least we will find the Apple Watch in Spain for around 299 euros, a price similar to what the Apple Watch Series 1 received in its day.

Meanwhile, as we have already mentioned, the Apple Watch Series 3 will continue to be on the market, maintaining its design (the same since Series 1) and probably falling in price to become the cheapest Apple Watch on the market. It is clear that € 299 (which will cost the SE) is already unusual, so we presume that this Apple Watch Series 229 will remain around € 3 which has been on the market for a few years now and is probably close to stopping receiving watchOS updates, although at least one year is guaranteed.
