We are not going to discover how the Apple Watch monitors your exercise, or how it can take care of your health by detecting abnormalities in heart rhythm, monitoring sleep or detecting falls. They are functions that make it ahead of most smartwatches on the market, that can make it the object of desire for many, and that it is great that they are included. However, they are not usually used on a day-to-day basis, and in the end, many use the Apple Watch to see notifications, know how many kilometers they have traveled or know the temperature outside. However there is many other things we can do with the watch, and that in our daily routines they can be much more useful to us than the functions that take all the headlines.
