BadgeRemover is a simple tweak that will remove Badges or red notification circles that appear in the upper right corner of the applications, has no icon or settings, simply install it and they will all disappear, if you want them to come back you just have to go to Cydia and delete the modification.
For what reason does someone want to remove notifications? Very easy, for cleanliness, for appearance. Right now you can know notifications from the notification center, so if you want your home screen to be clean and beautiful you can use tweaks like this.
