BattSaver: increase your battery life (Cydia)

BattSaver it's a tweak that can make your battery last twice as long, to do this, turn off the 3G, the data connection, the bluetooth, GPS or WiFi when you don't need them. The application itself automatically turn off radios when you're not using them, thus your battery will last longer every day and also in the long term, because it will undergo fewer charging cycles. It also allows you to monitor your battery in real time.

In normal mode turn off all radios when locking iPhone, and activates them when you turn it on and if you do not turn it on it activates 15 minutes each so that you receive your emails and notifications. In aggressive mode this connection is made every 45 minutes instead of 15, and also turns off the data if you have a connection to a WiFi network and turns off the WiFi if there are no networks available. It also has a mode in which it turns everything off, but I do not recommend it, having an iPhone without notifications is not worth it.

You can download it by $ 2,99 on Cydia, you will find it in the BigBoos repo. You need to have done the jailbreak on your device.

The ultimate purpose of Cydia and Jail in general is not to get everything for free, it is to be able to modify your iPhone beyond what Apple allows.

It is not worth much, you get more battery, yes, but by suppressing vital functions such as mobile internet coverage and others, you also have to configure it very well so that it adapts to what we are looking for.
Come on, it is not worth paying for this, you get the same by deactivating 3g networks yourself and others yourself

It is not worth anything, I have been testing it and if you put it to turn off the "radios" as they call it, it never activates them, nor does it put 15 minutes or anything, you have to activate it by hand, as well as 3G.

Save battery? yes, but because it turns off everything and does not activate it as it says. Maybe if they polish it and it worked well….

Another question and sorry for putting it in this article is is there a way to sync games between ipad and iphone? ejm reckless rancing.

With Pkgbackup you make a backup of everything installed in Cydia and when you update you just have to download it again and dump the backup.

With iCloud, in theory (I don't have an iPad to check) everything you download on the iPhone you download on the iPad and vice versa.

what I want is to create my own .ipsw to save it in case some day I want to restore it as I left it (like Norton Ghost in windows)

          it's possible? Thank you

Thanks for the information, nice to find help.
But in the case of games, it seems that not since you download the reckless racing on ipad and start over, not where you go on the iphone (I don't know if I explain myself).
        Thanks anyway

The problem with updating the iOS is that if you go from 5x to 6, what will happen is that most tweaks will not serve you since they need to be updated too to be able to be functional in the new iOS, it is a process that when we go from 4x to 5 became very short (3 months average) for most tweaks given the good acceptance of iOS5.
How it is very simple when buying something in Cydia you have to create an account and everything you buy is linked there, re-entering Cydia after updating and doing the corresponding Jailbreak you can download everything you have previously bought as long as it is compatible with the new iOS.
As for the configuration that the TioVvinagre asks, this is saved, I think that within the backup, since when you reinstall it, everything is placed as it was before.

Yesterday I installed it thinking that it would last me longer but it did not last longer or less, all the same and with aggressive mode.
