BattSaver: increase your battery life (Cydia)
Written by gnzl on August 6, 2012
BattSaver it's a tweak that can make your battery last twice as longTo do this, turn off the 3G, the data connection, the bluetooth, the GPS or the WiFi when you don't need them. The application itself automatically turn off radios when you're not using them, thus your battery will last longer every day and also in the long term, because it will undergo fewer charging cycles. It also allows you to monitor your battery in real time.
In normal mode turn off all radios when locking iPhone, and activates them when you turn it on and if you do not turn it on it activates 15 minutes each so you can receive your emails and notifications. In aggressive mode this connection is made every 45 minutes instead of 15, and also turns off data if you have a connection to a WiFi network and turns off WiFi if there are no networks available. It also has a mode in which it turns everything off, but I don't recommend it, having an iPhone without notifications is not worth it.News:
- Added a list of applications that prevent radios from turning off.
- Added a list of applications that turn off the radios.
- When you share your connection the radios will not turn off.
- When you connect to the power, it automatically disconnects and everything works.
- When your battery is low it switches to Ultimate mode.
- iMessage now doesn't turn off the Edge connection so you can send messages over the internet instead of by carrier.
You can download it by $ 2,99 on Cydia, you will find it in the BigBoos repo. You need to have done the jailbreak on your device.

Does it really work or is it a fake
In my nomenclature it works quite well. Hopefully with this latest update it will.
The main problem I had was that I turned off the radios but then forgot to turn them on.
