Brothers, A Tale of Two Sons is a game that has a somewhat dramatic story. It is about the loss of people and how to overcome such situations. In the story there is a mixture of feelings such as happiness, love, fear and some other feeling that I do not want to clarify completely so as not to spoil it, but we all agree that history is the best of this game.
The game begins by showing us a situation in which the youngest son had a problem being in the water with his mother. Later we see him in front of his mother's grave, visibly affected by that moment. Shortly after, his older brother goes to look for him to tell him that his father has fallen ill and they have to take him home. This is where the game begins and where we find out what we will have to do: control the two brothers simultaneously.
His father tells them that the only thing that can save him is tree of life waterSo the two brothers decide to go on an adventurous journey to save their father's life, a journey in which they will have to do everything, but everything as a team. Not surprisingly, if you look, the two brothers are similar in colors to red and blue, which are the colors that have always been used in games that could be played doubles in the old arcade machines.
With the left controller we'll move the big brother, who has more strength for some situations, such as raising the older brother to higher levels to perform different actions. With the right, we'll control the little brother, who can climb to higher places or enter through smaller holes. In addition, he has a terror of water, something that will also be important in this story about the two brothers.
The game mechanics are purposely made so that let's feel special things for the two brothers, something that we will discover as we move forward. In addition, it also helps us to understand that neither of us can do anything on their own, if not that they have to be always united and work together to face adversity.
The game it is not of a high difficulty. All we have to do is be a bit coordinated and use the controls properly, something that will not be difficult for those of us who have had a console for some time. In any case, if you have never played with a controller with two sticks or a 6 or 7 year old wants to play, logically, the difficulty will be greater. In addition to the sticks, a button may also appear to interact with some objects that we will find on our journey. The most difficult thing that we will find in the whole game is a point in which we will have to quickly control the two brothers in two different ways, which is somewhat reminiscent of the psychotechnical test they do to get us or renew our driving license.
Anyway, although the game is not the best for consoles, things may change if we use it on mobile devices. Playing with a controller designed for action will never be the same as playing on a touch surface where simple controls are welcome. On consoles we are used to more controls and there Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons has not been so successful.
In terms of graphics, Brothers perfectly meets what is expected in a game for mobile devices. As you can see in the previous screenshot, the landscapes are fine, but they are not the best we have seen in the App Store. They simply comply.
With regard to audio, the imaginary language, so that users can imagine what they are saying at all times. At least they don't speak English, which can be a good thing if they aren't saying anything important that we need to find out. The soundtrack is very good, although there are moments in which they have spent trying to bring emotions to music as well.
There are parts of the story that have changed when taking it to the mobile game, something that has not been especially liked and more if we take into account that the strength of this game is its history. But, for the rest, Brothers has reached mobile phones very well without losing great details, something that shows the effort and great work of its developers.
The conclusion is that Brothers is a puzzle game in which we will have to control two brothers in a not too difficult game on a journey to save their father's life. its price, € 4.99, It may seem high if we expect more action, and more if we consider that on consoles it is not for a much higher price. Anyway, if you are looking for a good story that makes you feel emotions, it may be worth it.

I finished it in one day. Very easy and short, although the controls, which require handling both characters at the same time, leave much to be desired, especially in the escape of the monster in the snows. Recommended, although room for improvement.
