We can start by commenting that at this point it is unthinkable that a company like Digital Plus (Prisa) has not updated the application to the iPhone 5 after a couple of months have passed since its launch on the market in Spain. There are more and more users (among whom I am) with the iPhone 5 and therefore more and more people are dissatisfied with the application.
Although without a doubt the most serious problems come at the time of viewing. I have experienced frequent cuts in matches where more users tune in despite having a 30 megabyte line, although perhaps the funniest thing is that 5 channels are available on the iPhone while there are twenty-one on the iPad ... with a slight problem: I, for example, have contracted the Sports Pack and I don't get the channels available on Yomvi. And I'm not the only one that happens, of course.
Good support is necessary
Maybe the smartest thing would be listen to users and solve problems, but one already loses hope when one sees so much neglect. I have lost count of the emails sent explaining the problems, and I am aware that I am not the only one who has contacted technical support in search of solutions that never arrive.
Possibly in a not too long time an update will come out that improves things, and of course it is the least they should do for your clients. I'm not a regular Yomvi user, but if I were, I wouldn't be too amused by what happens. I am the first to gladly pay the not inconsiderable figure that the Digital Plus Sports Pack represents for the excellent selection of content and for the high quality of the productions and commentators that they usually offer, but the Yomvi thing is an inadmissible shame for a company which has millions of clients.
Note: it is funny that just trying to see if I left something to see from the app, it closed twice unexpectedly. Another detail more than what we had already commented.

The PC application tends to go well for me, the mobile application and the web application I don't even use them anymore. Among this, the price increase in the packages with the VAT and others gives me that soon they are going to lose a customer ...

I take my computer to his house, we connect it to his TV and everything is great the first 10 minutes from there between the continuous cuts and the low quality of the streaming we give up. And here comes the funny thing. A friend comes up with trying a sopcast channel, and the first one we tried turns out to be a Canal + 1HD streaming. No cuts throughout the game and also the video quality was totally superior. Anyway…

It is not very normal that they broadcast a series On a Tuesday (for example) and until Wednesday night you cannot see it, the chapter appears but as not available?, when in four / A3 / T5 before the chapter ends, you already have it on your website.
