CARROT Weather is one of the most popular weather information applications on the App Store. In fact, last June it received the highest design award for the Big Apple: one of the Apple Design Awards at WWDC 2021. Its careful design respectful of the advances in design of iOS and iPadOS as well as its constant updates made it win the prize. CARROT Weather is an incredibly powerful (and privacy-conscious) weather app that delivers hilariously twisted forecasts.
The application stands out for have a rather peculiar humor across all windows and weather forecasts offered. Also, with this new version 5.3 The possibilities are increased after adding great news for app lovers:
- Forecasts recorded by the user: A function has been incorporated with which we can record our own weather reports with animations that appear throughout the recording. To make it more serious, we will simply have to read the script that CARROT Weather prepares for us in relation to the time of the location that we decide.
- Screenshots: Screenshots with the weather information of a certain location are also offered to share with our friends or on social networks. With a humorous touch, as always.
- Smart designs: they have integrated various new smart designs which are design settings in the app that are activated when certain events take place. That is, we can have an intelligent design that is activated when it rains in which it is shown when it is going to stop, how much precipitation is going to fall, etc.
- Air quality: we welcome the Air Quality depending on the source where we extract the data. We may require the Premium Ultra subscription to access this feature.
- Widgets on Apple Watch or iOS: the app is integrated to add information such as complications or in the iOS widgets.
