A week has passed again, which means that Apple makes another paid application available to us that becomes free for seven days. This time, the app of the week is chomp, an app for children up to 5 years old in which they will have to put their head or that of their friends in some drawings that are included by default. Once the head is in place, it can be recorded on video.
Chomp has a total of 54 scenes ranging from animals, through robots and even being simple objects. In the App Store it says that they are animations, but I have been testing the application a bit and the most I have seen is a small vibration that gives the feeling that the image is not fixed, but it cannot be said that there is And so it is in some of the scenes, like the one with the alien that, to make it look more like a Martian, the image that we put in front of it turns around and comes out the other way around.
Chomp, application for children to record funny scenes
That said, the only thing that remains to be seen is whether children as young as five are having fun with this app. In my opinion, they will have fun, at least the first few times they use it, and more fun when they can record a friend or other relative of a similar age. Also, as app of the week, Chomp will be free for seven days, when out of promotion it has a price of € 2.99. So if you have a little one at home (or who comes by your house from time to time), it is best to download the application while you can, link it to your Apple ID and, if you need it in the future, now you will have it available for free.
