Comparison iPad Mini 3 vs iPad Mini 2, what differentiates them?

iPad Mini 3

Everyone already knows what the new Apple devices are like, and what they bring inside. Now it's time to compare this new generation with the previous oner, and reflect if there really is a major change to retire our current devices.

I start by comparing the iPad Mini 3 with its previous version, the iPad Mini 2. Looking at the table of specifications of both devices, you will think that I am kidding you, since no difference is appreciated between one and another. That is why I bring this comparison / reflection.

With these data you can see that our iPad Mini 2 has nothing to envy one of the "new generation" except that little touch that we made of use. The only notable difference between one and the other is that the iPad Mini 3 has a built-in the TouchID fingerprint reader, which serves among other things to unlock the device, buy in the App Store or access applications (the question remains whether it will mount 1 or 2 GB of RAM, but everything points to 1 GB).

Taking this into account, I wonder if Apple has not sinned in the launch of this device, the same as the previous one with only one difference, that in the use of this, it is not going to suppose us a notable advance either, and with a sales strategy where it places it with a price 100 euros higher than the iPad Mini 2.

I am not in favor of releasing products year after year, without considerable progress. That is, without introducing new technology, or that the potential of the device really has a noticeable difference with the previous version. But at the moment I know very few companies, if not any that do not have this practice.

In conclusion, the truth may be a good marketing campaign for iPad Mini 2, as long as it remains on the market. Because its launch supposes a reduction in its price, but the sales of the iPad Mini 3 do not think that they are as high as those of its brothers.

Yo I would not buy this new device having the previous one, and in the case of wanting to buy one, I would buy the iPad Mini 2, you can live without the TouchID, more if in terms of potential it is the same and cheaper.

Apple teasing its users. Where are the funboys now to defend the ipad mini 3 now? When there are no comments, it is because they prefer to be silent,
