Compilation of applications to manage your home multimedia center from the iPhone

The Internet is reaching all devices and televisions, AV receivers and other gadgets could not be left out of the advantages that being connected to the network offers you. More and more brands are joining this trend and more and more of us have a device of this type in our living room or bedroom, so I am going to try to gather the best applications (and the ones I know) to be able to control our home multimedia center from the iPhone.

First of all I emphasize that for everything to work properly, all devices have to be within the same local network and we must also make sure that our television or AV receiver is compatible with this functionality.

To know which application corresponds to you, look at its name and in the developer's field.

If I have missed an application or you know one that is not listed, write a comment and I will add it without problems.

I use the Media Remote and it works 10 points. It is like having the control of the TV on our iPhone, it has all the functions of the control and on top of it touch.

    Good info.

Pablo, have you read the post? The official Sony application is the second to be listed. All the best

Yes, I read the post, do not take me for an idiot either ... There I saw that it is from Sony, it happens that I only read the names of the Apps and the post, and ignored it. Thank you.

I have a recently purchased samsung ue37d6100 and the application does not work with iphone 4 (4.3.3)

They are both connected to the same network and nothing works

Javier, does the television recognize the Samsung application? The first time you start it and the TV recognizes you, a message should appear on the TV screen to grant permissions to your iPhone. I use it on my c6530 and it works perfectly. Greetings

And messages that I have also activated and I still do not get anything

@Jonathan you have to type a code on TV to activate it. I do not know it by heart but if you go in the app and look where it says FAQ it tells you.
