Despite Apple's redesign of the system in iOS 7, the lock screen is still the great forgotten. It is true that now we have access to the notification center and the control center but something else is missing.
El iOS 9 concept shows us in video a redesigned lock screen equipped with quick access functionality. Thanks to this feature, we have in the lockscreen three buttons with immediate access to notifications, missed calls or reminders.
The idea is not new and year after year we see concepts that focus on this part of iOS, even if you have jailbreak you will know that there are many tweaks in Cydia designed to enhance the lock screen and get more out of it.
WWDC 2015 already has a date and you already know that it is the event in which the software news that Apple has been working on is always presented. iOS 8 has been a great step forward As far as customization and possibilities are concerned (something that we had never seen before), however, it is true that in terms of performance or reliability it is several points below what we are used to.
Hopefully iOS 9 will focus on debugging and optimizing the system to be able to get more out of the changes that have been applied during the previous two years. In a few months we will get rid of doubts and we will see the direction that Apple chooses for the system that gives life to the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and to a lesser extent, the Apple TV and the new Apple Watch.
