In the course of time, apart from being able to enter the data manually several Apple devices such as your own iPhone, and Apple Watch, record certain health data automatically in said application, for later access and control. There are devices external to the company, such as blood pressure monitors, for example, that can also access said health application and record their data automatically.
This is certainly a breakthrough. For example, it is a very valuable help to be able to visit your cardiologist and show him all the measurements of the pulsations that your Apple Watch performs every ten minutes, or the measurements of your blood pressure etc.
With iOS 13 a series of new types of data have been added that we can add manually, such as the new control of the menstrual cycle. But there are some somewhat curious.
If you have already updated to iOS 13, enter the health application, on the explore screen. You have 11 health categories. If you enter Other data, you will see a list of 8 types of data which you can keep track of the day and time. First on the list is Sexual Activity. This control saves the data of the day and time that you have had the sexual relationship, and you have three fields to mark: With protection, without protection, and without specifying (in case you do not remember, or have doubts).
We do not know if in future updates the fields to be filled in said category of Sexual Activity will be expanded, such as number of orgasms, the sex of the other person, or number of people, their names, etc.
