Important aspects to consider
- On your device the two accounts can coexist, so you will not lose what you have bought. You will only have to configure an account, download its applications, switch to the other account, and download its applications.
- When you have to update, you will have to change to the corresponding account to the application being updated.

Procedure

A new screen will appear with more flags, and we select the one from the United States. It will redirect us to the American store. Once inside, we must choose a free application, the one you want, and click to download it.
Then this window will appear with the blank account spaces. Click on the option «Create Apple ID».
We then come to one of the critical points: email account. To avoid problems, it is best to use a new one that you create specifically for this. Any account that you have ever entered on your iPhone or iPad for iMessage, Facetime, or for anything related to iTunes or the App Store is not valid. So I repeat, create a new one in GMail and voila. The recovery account can be whatever you want, even if it is another Apple ID.
And we come to another critical point: the form of payment and the address. You can only choose "None". For this option to appear it is important that you have tried to download the free application at the beginning of the process. You will not be worth any non-US bank card, even PayPal will not be worth it if you are not from the United States.
And the next step is the direction. You have to put a valid one, but this is very simple. In Google Maps Look for any city in the United States, select any business and you will have a valid address with phone included.
You already have your American account ready to buy applications. You can only buy free applications, but if you get some American iTunes card on the internet (eye, only American) you can recharge the account with money and make purchases. Enjoy it.

You can also change the location of your current account to USA and that's it. To do this, from the iDevice (so I do) you go to settings, iTunes and App Store, apple id, see id .. select the country you want and put any address, zip code and phone number. I think it is important for people to know that if you use iTunes match there are some problems in using this technique since once you log out of your Spanish account to enter the North American one, you will not be able to log in again with the Spanish AppleID at 90 days. So be very careful!

Are you sure? (Nothing would make me happier). Apple's support communities are full of complaints from people who, when switching between one account and the other, have blocked the account that had iTunes Match activated.
