Today when I open my Cydia like every morning when I have coffee, I have been pleasantly surprised, since it has appeared to me Cydia in Spanish 1.0.
In order to install it, you must have completed the jailbreak to the device.
Cydia in Spanish is a translation Delivery to Italy takes one or two business days which can be downloaded from Cydia e Icy through the repository of ClubiFone.
Whoever does not have the repository installed has to add nothing else in Cydia or in icy this source: http://clubifone.org/repo/
Once installed make u "Resprin" and when you reopen Cydia it will appear translated into Spanish (Castilian).
This is a repository known to many, but as in everything there are many others who do not know it.
Take a good look at the word ifone with "F" and not "Ph", since it is usually very frequent, that people make mistakes and later say that they cannot install it.
Also when you install the repository you will find many surprises.

If installed from Todo-iTouch http://www.todoitouch.be/repo You do not have to do respirng or anything, when you install it instead of "Return to Cydia" it says "Close Cydia (Restart)" and when you open it it is already translated.

That "1.0" denotes that the Cydia application was not found in Spanish, but rather a PACKAGE called "Cydia in Spanish 1.0" ¬¬

The good thing is that I put so that when installing the package instead of «Return to Cydia» it says «Restart Cycia» and it is easier, apparently it only works in the firm 3.0

I just upgraded to version 3.1.2 and needed to put Cydia on
Spanish.
It is as easy as you explain it:
I opened Cydia, go to search
place as the name of the application to search for Cydia in Spanish
and tell it to look for it and install, it tells you to return to cydia
when you open it again: That's it.
