Ring doorbell

It is becoming more and more common to find products that allow us manage remotely elements of our home, whether they are light bulbs, blinds, windows, doors, bells and of course security cameras, although the latter in terms of automation does not make much sense since it tries to be always on.

One of the manufacturers that is launching the best products on the market if we talk about both cameras and video intercoms, is Ring, a company that was acquired by Amazon a little over a year ago. These devices, today have a significant lack for iOS users, since they are not compatible with HomeKit, although everything seems to indicate that that will change shortly.

Practically since Ring launched its first product to market, the company has always claimed that would add support for HomeKit in its product line, a support that after several years has never been fulfilled. Fortunately, the wait seems to have come to an end, or at least it will soon, since its products have obtained Apple's HomeKit certification.
