Many of you will have played Tetris on your mobile devices, the famous game of fitting blocks that has given us so many funny moments. A mythical game of Soviet origin whose beginnings were in 1984. In recent years the company EA has been the owner of its rights launching several titles, now they announce their end: EA will retire all Tetris apps for mobile devices during the month of April ...
And the truth is that it is a shame, I don't know anyone who hasn't played Tetris at some point, I remember buying this same EA Games Tetris on my iPod Classic ... But the message of farewell and thanks announcing that Tetris will no longer be available from April 21, 2020 We can already see it in the update notes for Tetris Premium, Tetris 2011, and Tetris Blitz:

If you had the game and you had bought some in-app item tYou enter until April 21 to use it in the game, if you have the game installed you can continue playing it but you will no longer have any support (It had not been updated since the summer of 2018) and if you uninstall it you will stop having it, and this as we say applies to any of the three Tetris games that were launched from EA. Bad news for every mobile game lover, but I think it won't take long for another company to get hold of the rights to bring Tetris back to mobile devices.
