We explain step by step how to do it and from where to download it.
Evasi0n7 can be downloaded from Evasi0n.com, with the Mac OS X and Windows versions now available. These are Mega links, so the download is straightforward and hassle-free. Once installed on our computer, we open the application with our device connected to a USB of the computer, and the application will detect the type of device and the firmware it has installed:
- Compatible with all iPhone, iPad and iPod touch with iOS 7 installed
- Compatible with iOS 7.0, 7.0.1, 7.0.2, 7.0.3, 7.0.4, 7.1 Beta 1 and 2
- It is important to make a backup copy of your device before starting the procedure, since although it is a stable version, there may be bugs that require you to restore your device.
We click on the "Jailbreak" button and the process begins.
After a few seconds, the application will ask us to "unlock our device and click on the Evasi0n7 icon" that will have appeared on our springboard. Let's not disconnect our device from the computer yet, that the process has not finished yet. Click on the icon and continue waiting for the progress bar to advance.
A few seconds later the process will be paralyzed again, asking that again let's unlock our device. We do it, and we continue without disconnecting the device from our computer.
The next step will already be to have finished with the Jailbreak of our device. Now we can close Evasi0n7 by clicking on the «Exit» button, and we can now disconnect our device from the computer and run Cydia, which will have appeared on our springboard.
