Remind us what we are doing
Something very interesting is the possibility of asking Siri to remind us of something we are doing in a certain application. For example, we may be reading an article, such as the one on "Steve Jobs's most human side" that my colleague Ignacio wrote, asking Siri to remind us to read it later and it will. As you can see, later a notification appeared on my iPhone, iPad and iMac inviting me to open Safari to read the article.
The downside to this feature at the moment is that it doesn't work with third-party apps. At the moment we have this option available in Safari, Messages, Mail and Notes.
Play music from Apple Music
It was a must and in iOS 9 Siri can control, in addition to our music library, all the music on Apple Music. As you can see in the previous screenshot, we can ask him for hits of a year, for example, or a specific version of a song. You have more voice commands for the Music application in this link.
Find our contacts
... although, logically, you have to have them in Find my Friends. If we have contacts added to the application, we can locate them by asking Siri. But do we want to be found at any time?

In iOS 9, when we consult about a football match, for example, it will also tell us who scored the goals.
Search photos by date or location
Siri allows us in iOS 9 to search for photos by date or location. This means that we can ask you for photos of last week, of a city or combine both options.
Convert units
A really interesting option is to be able to convert units by asking Siri. Goodbye to all those applications that serve the same purpose and having to look for them / decide which is the best. The best is Siri.
Sports information from «Search»
If instead of a result we want the classification of our team, we will only have to write the name of the club in Search, which is not exactly Siri, but it works in a similar way.
Mathematical operations
We can also ask you to do math. And the best of all is that it respects the importance of the signs, so if we say 3 + 4 × 6 to it, it will automatically multiply us first 4 × 6 and then add 3. If we want to put parentheses, we can do it from Search.
Meanings of words
Simple, but effective. In addition to the possibility of defining any word that we can select present in iOS 8 and other previous versions, we can now ask Siri directly to define a word for us.
Suggestions from contacts and apps
It is also not used as a voice command, such as checking the ranking of our soccer team, but it is also part of Siri. The virtual assistant will suggest contacts, applications and more things depending on the time and where we are at any given time.
