Apple natively does not allow us to modify the aesthetics of it, a function that it could offer so that users can customize part of the aesthetics of iOS. Fortunately thanks to the jailbreak we can make use of the FancyNC tweak, a tweak that reduces the size not only of notifications but also of the widgets that we have installed in The Notification Center.
Basically FancyNC takes care of remove the box around the widget or notification in which the name of the application that sends the notification or the widget with which we can interact is shown.
In most cases we always know where the notifications come from so eliminating the box that surrounds them will not be a big problem when it comes to identifying them, as with widgets, widgets that we always know to which application they correspond.
