The fashion firm Louis Vuitton joins the trend of smartwatches with Android Wear

Practically the official presentation of Android Wear 2.0 in May of last year in the framework of Google I / O, the guys at Google have done so badly, that many have been the manufacturers who have begun to think twice about continuing to launch devices to the market. The continuous delays in the launch of this new operating system caused both Motorola and Asus to throw in the towel, at least temporarily and at the moment they do not plan to launch new models on the market. But to cover the lack of products of this type, big fashion brands such as Tag Heuer, Montblanc, Michael Kors have cheered and they are launching or planning to launch new models. Louis Vuitton is now joining this select group of brands.

Louis Vuitton has just presented what will be its first smartwatch, a smartwatch obviously managed by Android Wear 2.0, an operating system that arrived in its final version almost a year after its presentation, in February of this year. The model in question is called Tambour Horizon and it shows us exactly the same specifications as all the models that are already on the market or are about to do so. That if, the price will not be the same since the basic model starts at 2.300 euros.

And I say the basic model, because the manufacturer will launch a large number of straps to be able to customize the devices to the maximum. The Tambour Horizon is made of a 42mm 12,5mm thick stainless steel case with sapphire crystal. Inside we find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, 1,2-inch AMOLED screen and a 300 mAh battery. The spheres that will be part of this watch, They will be exclusive and will offer us a great variety, each one more original.

I personally am not spending 2.300 on a watch, but I like that there is a variety for all tastes. All the best.

It is true that the price is expensive, but if you look at how much an Apple Watch is worth there, for example, you can forget to buy the watch
