Favorite Contacts Launcher, a widget with your favorite contacts

Since the launch of iOS 8, the notification center widgets have been one of the favorite topics of users and most controversial with Apple, which has arbitrarily decided to remove applications from its store for not meeting its requirements, soon after to admit it again. Today a new application appears that adds a widget in the notification center, «Favorite Contacts Launcher», which, as its name suggests, adds your favorite contacts to be able to call them, send messages, make FaceTime calls or even send WhatsApp messages.

Once you give the application permission to access your contact list, adding them to the widget is very simple. By pressing the "+" you will be able to select the contact and the phone number that you want to add to the shortcut, and the application will detect which services can be used automatically. Forget having to add a contact for messages, another for WhatsApp and another for calls, as with other similar applications. None of that happens with this application, since you can include all the services in a single direct access. Some service does not interest you? Well, deactivate it from the application so that it does not appear. By clicking on the contact in the widget you will have the option to use all the services that you have activated.

Favorites Contact Launcher is therefore one of the best applications in its category, and it is free. Although as you can imagine, it has integrated purchases to be able to unlock all its functions. The free version only allows you to add three shortcuts, if you want to add more, or use the WhatsApp option, you must go to the checkout. In spite of everything, it is a highly recommended application if you want to access your favorite contacts from anywhere, even from the locked screen of your iPhone.
